LAR Canon is an independent retailer specialising in Canon DSLR cameras and related products. Canon is a registered trademark of Canon Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canon Inc.
We sell Canon DSLR cameras, lenses, and photography accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. All products sold are genuine Canon products unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Prices are displayed in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payment must be completed through our secure checkout before an order is confirmed.
After successful payment, orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Polish public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery within Poland typically takes an additional 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times for other EU countries are shown at checkout where applicable. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.
We ship to addresses within Poland and selected European Union countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Cameras and lenses are packed with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable Polish and EU consumer protection law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at info@capturepoint.shop. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Canon products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. Warranty claims should be directed to us or to an authorised Canon service centre as applicable. Your statutory consumer rights under EU law are not affected by the manufacturer's warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAR SOLUTIONS sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
